PAPER PRESENTATIONS

We were delighted to receive many proposals from around the globe in response to our call for papers. In the end, ten papers’ authors were invited to present their research at our conference. We were honored to have the input of our expert group of moderators and discussants that included activists, government, and other scholars. At the end of the day, we engaged in a lively discussion from the point of view of scholars, government, and activists. The conference program and speakers’ bios can be downloaded here.
